EMPIRE CITY CONSULTANT PTE LTD (ECC) is an ISO certified professional firm offering property management services. Established in September 2000, ECC is a fully owned subsidiary of the CDL Group of Companies.

We provide property management services to management corporations and property developers for both residential and commercial developments. ECC's team of property professionals and management support team bring with them vast experience to deliver comprehensive property management services to our clients.


Barely a year from its establishment in September 2000, ECC attained ISO Certification in July 2001. ECC's attainment of ISO certification despite being a very young company is a clear demonstration of the Management's commitment to provide quality property management service to its valued clients.
