Minimum Requirements

• Diploma in Property, Facilities, Estate Management or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in maintaining/managing residential or commercial developments.
• Knowledge of the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work with minimal supevision with good organization skills and work planning abilities.
• Maturity and not afraid of managing difficult people and situations.
